Our shirts are generously cut. A good rule of thumb is to wear a size down from the t-shirt size you wear. Or take a button-down shirt that you own and like how it fits. Lay it flat and measure across the chest just under the sleeves. Double that measurement and compare it to our size chart and choose whichever is closest.
